Breath of spring, a mural by the artistic team of Philip Adams and David Guinn, is part of a series called Les saisons montréalaises (the Montreal seasons) at Les Habitations Jeanne-Mance; this entry is a tribute to springtime. The work immortalizes Montrealers enjoying the return of the colours, scents, picnics and blossoming trees that signal the arrival of precious spring days. The horizontal lines found in each of the four murals are inspired by the movements of cars, cyclists and pedestrians along De Maisonneuve Blvd. East.
