This mural, May an Old Song Open a New World, celebrates the richness of the Chinese culture and people, who contribute greatly to Montreal’s cultural diversity. The project is part of the most extensive revitalization project yet in the Chinatown tourism district.
It was created in 2015 by two Montrealers of Asian origin, Gene Pendon and Bryan Beyung.
