Did you know?
Monument à Édouard VII is a statue by Louis-Philippe Hébert. It depicts Edward VII in all his regal glory, from his stance and clothing to his regalia. Standing rod-straight and most dignified in his lavish ermine-lined coat, he holds the sceptre. The imperial crown rests on a cushion beside him. Although the statue is much larger than life, the king is rendered with great precision.
